Welcome to YellBrazen ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or engaging with our storefront services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Storefront Purchases & Ordering
All order transactions are subject to availability and credit authorization. Upon submitting an order, you will receive an automated email receipt confirming the details. This receipt does not constitute final validation of the order; we reserve the right to decline or cancel transactions for any reason (including stock errors or pricing discrepencies).
2. Payment Processing & Checkout
Payments on our storefront are securely processed via Stripe. By entering checkout details, you agree that we may authorize and charge your payment method for the full order amount, including shipping fees. We do not store full card details on our local database.
3. Deliveries & Shipping Policies
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping applies only where explicitly offered. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing or carrier constraints.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our voluntary returns policy allows unused items to be returned within 7 days of delivery, with original labels and packaging. Contact support to arrange a return. This does not limit your statutory rights: UK online customers can normally notify us of cancellation within 14 days of delivery and then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Original packaging is not a condition of statutory cancellation. We may deduct for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. Rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected. Refunds are made to the original payment method. For statutory cancellation, we refund the standard outbound delivery charge and issue the refund within 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. You pay change-of-mind return postage; contact support for arrangements where goods are faulty.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, graphics, images, descriptions, digital assets, and logo files on this website are the intellectual property of YellBrazen and are protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized distribution, replication, or commercial utilization is strictly prohibited.
